Carol Gandey – Founder, Gandeys World Class Productions
At the helm of Gandeys World Class Productions stands Carol Gandey, a beacon of managerial strength and stability in a fast-paced international industry. As Director of the parent company behind Gandeys Circus, The Ladyboys of Bangkok, Snowstorm and many more, Carol oversees every aspect of the business with precision and care.
Her focus spans operations, logistics, people management and international scheduling, ensuring productions run smoothly wherever in the world they perform. Known for her personable leadership style combined with deep business knowledge, Carol is a trusted figure across the organisation and a guiding force for teams on the road and behind the scenes.
Pete Massera– Head Of Marketing and PR
With more than 40 years at Gandeys, Pete is not just the company’s Marketing Manager,he is part of the family. A surrogate member of the Gandey dynasty, Pete thrives in every aspect of his role, bringing insight, loyalty and an exceptional understanding of the live entertainment market.
Armed with a sharp mind and outstanding negotiation skills, Pete has secured over 55 international engagements, helping Gandeys Circus and its productions captivate audiences across the globe. His long-standing commitment and strategic thinking continue to expand the reach and reputation of the brand worldwide.
Mariska Gandey – Performer & Producer
Daughter of Philip and Carol Gandey, Mariska Gandey has production and performance running through her veins. A world-class ringmistress and highly skilled foot juggler, Mariska travels internationally, stunning audiences of all ages with her charisma and technical brilliance.
Beyond the spotlight, Mariska is deeply involved with Circus Starr, a charity that delivers free circus entertainment to children with special needs across the UK. Her dedication to giving back reflects the heart and social conscience at the core of Gandeys World Class Productions.
Hayley Gandey – Artistic Director
The middle daughter of Philip and Carol Gandey, Hayley Gandey thrives in the energy of the live entertainment world. As a director, she plays a key role in shaping the mesmerising productions audiences know and love, including Gandeys Circus, Snowstorm and The Ladyboys of Bangkok.
Hayley is also an accomplished aerial performer, appearing alongside her partner Franco, originally from a renowned Cuban troupe. Together, they travel the UK with their family, delivering awe-inspiring performances to crowds of thousands,balancing creative direction, performance excellence and life on the road.
