The show lasts 2 hours (including interval time).

No, the show is based only with human artists.

Can I take pictures and videos?2024-06-05T14:48:28+00:00

No videos are allowed. Pictures are allowed but without flash, and strictly from your seat, and being considerate to the audience around you. We will be happy to see all the pictures you have taken with your family, feel free to post them on our social media on Facebook & Instagram

 

Tickets

I have purchased online vouchers/ tickets, do I need to print them?2024-05-17T13:50:30+00:00

Generally, we advise to PRINT your tickets / vouchers, this will speed up your entry to the Circus. It is customer responsibility to read terms and conditions, and PRINT them if mandatory, or download them in advance to be granted access to the Circus.

Do I have to pay for a child UNDER 2? Can I bring my pram / car seat inside?2024-05-17T13:50:42+00:00

Children under 2 do not require a ticket but they need to stay on parent’s lap. Prams and car seats are not allowed in the seating area, please speak to a member of staff who will store your pram during the performance.

Are there any booking fees?2024-05-17T13:51:05+00:00

Ticket agents will charge a booking fee and admin fee. Tickets bought through the box office are subject to an admin fee

Do Carers have to buy a ticket?2024-06-05T14:47:33+00:00

A Carer goes free when assisting a wheelchair user or attending as part of the working day as an employed carer assisting a client and carrying a photo ID carer card. A Carer will still need to obtain a ticket, to make a booking including a carer please call the Box Office.

At some venues we will be operating demand based pricing. Ticket prices shown will be “from” and will be subject to increase

Sorry, your own food is not allowed inside the Big Top, but we have a hot food counter, hot and cold drinks stalls, candy floss and popcorn.

There are 8 wheel chair spaces within the seating area, we advise you pre-book a space if required as we are unable to guarantee availability on the door.
